Shipping policy

ClinixLynx Shipping Policy

Effective date: September 10, 2026 Applies to purchases made at clinixlynx.com by CLXX Animal Health, LLC d/b/a ClinixLynx Contact: support@clinixlynx.com | 336-283-5020

This policy covers shipment of veterinary diagnostic equipment, Seamaty Qt3 reagent discs, other rotors and reagents, and related supplies to licensed veterinary practices and other authorized professional purchasers.

  1. Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international addresses are not available at regular checkout. Email support@clinixlynx.com for a written freight quote. Do not place a standard checkout order for those destinations.

We do not ship reagent discs, rotors, reagents, or other temperature-sensitive items to P.O. Boxes, PMB addresses, or parcel lockers. Equipment should be shipped to a staffed clinic or receiving address.

  1. Order processing

Orders are reviewed after payment is received.

In-stock items for approved accounts are typically released to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after we accept the order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Processing can take longer when we must confirm clinic account status, correct an address, wait for a temperature-controlled pack-out window, or wait for incoming inventory.

An order confirmation is not a ship confirmation. Tracking is sent when the carrier scans the package.

  1. Shipping methods and cost

Carrier and service level are selected by ClinixLynx unless a written quote states otherwise. Ground service is the default for most in-stock items.

Shipping, handling, and any required cold-chain packaging charges are calculated at checkout or stated on the quote. Unless the checkout page or quote says otherwise, those charges are in addition to product price and tax.

We may split an order into more than one shipment (for example, an analyzer on one carton and reagent discs on another). Each shipment receives its own tracking number.

  1. Temperature-sensitive products

Reagent discs, rotors, reagents, calibrators, controls, diluents, and other dated consumables may require controlled storage after delivery.

We pack those items for the expected transit conditions using the method we determine is appropriate for that SKU and season. Packaging method can include insulated cartons, cold packs, or other protective materials.

Cold packs may arrive thawed. That does not by itself mean the product is unusable. Follow the manufacturer insert and the packing list. If the carton arrived crushed, wet, unusually warm when cold-chain was required, or otherwise compromised, photograph the unopened carton and contact support@clinixlynx.com the same day.

You must move dated products into the storage conditions on the label or insert as soon as the shipment arrives. Delay after delivery is the clinic’s responsibility.

  1. Delivery times

All delivery dates and transit times are estimates. They are not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, traffic, incorrect address information, clinic receiving hours, customs (if a special shipment applies), or other events outside our control.

  1. Title and risk of loss

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. After that transfer, claims for loss or damage in transit are handled as stated in this policy and in the Refund Policy.

  1. Address accuracy and failed delivery

You are responsible for a complete, deliverable clinic street address, including suite or receiving dock details and a reachable phone number.

If a package is returned because the address was incomplete, refused, or undeliverable, we will contact you. Reshipment may require a new shipping charge. Temperature-sensitive products that were returned after leaving our custody may not be eligible to reship and may not be refundable, except as required by the Refund Policy for our error.

  1. Inspection on arrival

Inspect every shipment the day it arrives.

Photograph the outer carton before opening if it is crushed, wet, or warm when cold-chain was required.

Confirm SKU, quantity, lot number, and expiration date against the packing list.

Report shortage, damage, or a wrong item to support@clinixlynx.com within 3 calendar days of delivery, and include photos. Do not discard the carton or packing materials until we close the claim.

  1. Lost packages

If tracking stops or the carrier marks a package delivered and you cannot locate it, contact support@clinixlynx.com within 3 calendar days of the delivery-scan date. We will open a carrier inquiry. Replacement or credit, if any, depends on the carrier investigation and the Refund Policy.

  1. Holds, address changes, and cancellations

Email support@clinixlynx.com as soon as you need to change an address, hold a shipment, or cancel an unshipped order. Include the order number.

If the order has not been released to the carrier, we will try to stop or correct it. Once a consumable order has entered picking or cold-chain pack-out, a change or cancellation may not be possible.

  1. Large equipment

Analyzers and other instruments may ship freight or by a signature-required service. Someone must be available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for a missed-delivery fee or storage fee caused by an unattended clinic.

Do not refuse an equipment delivery solely to “inspect later.” Note visible carton damage on the carrier delivery record, photograph the carton, then contact support@clinixlynx.com the same day.

  1. Returns

Return shipping is not automatic. Do not send product back until ClinixLynx issues an RMA. The return address is provided on the RMA. See the Refund Policy for what may be returned.
