Not for: chemistry, electrolytes or coagulation testing.

Directions

1. Label the tube with the patient ID.
2. Fill with whole blood to the 0.5 mL line (at least 0.25 mL). Underfilling changes cell-size results.
3. Close the cap and gently invert 8–10 times right away. Do not shake.
4. Test promptly. Follow your analyzer's instructions for sample age and handling.

Storage: 4–25 °C, dry and out of direct sunlight. Single use only. Do not use after the expiry date or if a tube is damaged.
