For: Qt3 chemistry and electrolytes (whole blood or plasma).
Not for: CBC or coagulation testing.

Directions

1. Check that the tube is not damaged or leaking. Label it with the patient ID.
2. Add 1.0 mL of whole blood (maximum 1.5 mL). Do not overfill.
3. Close the cap and gently invert 8–10 times right away. Do not shake.
4. Test promptly. Follow your analyzer's instructions for sample age and handling.

Storage: 4–25 °C, dry and out of direct sunlight. Single use only.
