Product overview

The Qt3 is a compact, fully automated point-of-care biochemistry analyzer designed for veterinary clinical use. Using circular reagent disc technology, it delivers multi-parameter results in minutes from a small whole-blood, serum, or plasma sample — no lab required.

It is compatible with two types of reagent rotors: circular and sector, meeting the needs to run flexible tests from an individual parameter or a combination.

This fully automatic chemistry analyzer is compact and easy to use, featured with a real-time quality control system to ensure the reliability of every test. The test menu provides flexible combination options, covering biochemistry, blood gas, electrolyte, coagulation, and inflammation. It is an ideal diagnostic tool for veterinary hospitals and clinics.

  • Model: Qt3 Auto Veterinary Biochemistry Analyzer

Clinical detail, rotor cross-reference and assay menu

Built for the way you practice

Better than sending it out

Results in about twelve minutes at the patient instead of hours or days by courier — interpret, treat and advise on the same visit, reading a fresh sample rather than one aged in transit.

Simple to run

Power on, pipette the sample, drop in the sealed rotor, press test; an automatic printed report follows. Each rotor carries its own calibration data, read at the start of every run.

Consistent results

A built-in precision temperature-control system and real-time quality control keep results steady run after run, and the veterinary software flags abnormal values and their clinical significance.

A few drops is enough

100 µL typical (60–120 µL depending on rotor) runs a full panel — easier on small, geriatric and exotic patients, and forgiving when a draw is difficult.

The core workup on one rotor

Renal, hepatic, electrolyte, glucose and more from a single sealed disc — fewer send-outs and fewer gaps before you decide.

Compact and portable

About 8.8 lb and roughly 190 × 220 × 280 mm, with a built-in thermal printer — it suits the mobile unit or a quick set-up on site.

What do 100 tests really cost your clinic?

Approved clinic accounts can use our cost calculator with live ClinixLynx pricing for both the QT3 chemistry and VM2 hematology analyzers, and plug in their own numbers.

  • Compare your cost per 100 tests against IDEXX reference-lab send-out, Catalyst, ProCyte, or Zoetis VetScan, at your contracted rates.
  • See year-one total cost, including the annual minimums that come with "free" placed analyzers.
  • Own your analyzer outright: no contract, no annual minimum, consumables only as you need them.
